This exhibition celebrates 60 years of one of the world's best-known comics, the Smurfs. It is being held from October 4 to November 2, as part of the Lakes International Comic Art Festival in Kendal, England.
 
Created as accessory characters in a comic book by Belgian designer Pierre Culliford, alias Peyo, for Spirou magazine, these endearing blue elves are now known around the world.
 
This incredible exhibition, supported by Wallonia-Brussels International, describes the rise of the Smurfs in popularity around the world. It includes games, puzzles and activities that will delight children and their adults!
