Artechno is active in the area of biotechnology and exports its products to Chile. The company focuses on biotechnology and produces active substances which are highly targeted at microorganisms, such as bacteria, yeast and mould, on an industrial scale. All health agents are rigorously selected to wage war against vermin.
The company employs 13 people in Chile and was recently visited by the Chilean ambassador, Carlos Appelgren, in Brussels, who was accompanied by the Belgian consul from the Republic of Chile and by the president of the Belgian-Chilean chamber of commerce – an impressive turnout from the diplomatic world.
Prepared by the Wallonia Export-Investment Agency (AWEX) and the BEP, the visit was carried out within a context of economic and commercial cooperation with this almost emerging South American country, well underway on the road of progress.
