VLADIVOSTOCK BRIDGE - RUSSIAN FEDERATION

While most of us have learned more about Russia through the Football World Cup, we at CGEOS are already rather familiar with the country!

We instructed and trained the surveyors in charge of the measurement work for the construction of the Vladivostock Bridge on the concept we developed for the construction of the Burj Khalifa in Dubai. The combination of GNSS receivers and total stations made it possible to build the two towers, which are more than 270 metres high, in particularly severe winter conditions.

By exploiting GNSS signals (GPS, GLONASS, BEIDOU and GALILEO) in the most accurate mode, the speciality of CGEOS CREATIVE GEOSENSING, we have been able to revolutionise topography and geodesy in the construction of "extreme" civil engineering structures.
