On the occasion of the two matches of the Japanese national team in Sclessin last March, the company DKD, based in Seraing, received an order to print and install 1000m² of advertising panels.
The Japanese, who took on Mali in a friendly match, and Ukraine in the Kirin Challenge Cup at the Sclessin stadium in preparation for the 2018 World Cup, placed an order with DKD on the recommendation of Standard Liège, which has been a regular customer of the company for 10 seasons. It was a substantial order, which included the printing and installation of 1000 m² of advertising panels on various media.
This order, which nonetheless represented a month's turnover for the company, was a challenge in terms of timing, since all the visual media had to be replaced between the 2 matches Japan played, partly due to a change of sponsors, before being completely reconditioned for the opening match of the Playoffs 1 Standard-Charleroi, on Friday 30 March.
"We already knew that this would take up the whole weekend, but we are used to working within extremely tight deadlines, even for projects of this scale," explained DKD boss Etienne Fraikin.
