Euresys, the imaging expert, joins forces with Sensor to Image.

At the end of 2017, Euresys S.A., a company based in Angleur, added another string to its bow with the acquisition of the company "Sensor to Image", its German counterpart. This new subsidiary allows it to strengthen its position as a leader in the manufacturing of video and image acquisition components, standard PC cards and image processing software.

With 25 years of experience, the Liege-based company Euresys has earned a reputation for providing high quality solutions and premium support to its customers around the world. It has already conquered the industrial vision, health, ITS (information technology software) and video-surveillance markets. It has sales and support offices in the United States, Singapore, China and Japan, as well as distributors all over the world.

By joining forces with its German counterpart, Sensor to Image GmbH, it is enlarging its group and offering an even wider range of apps and services. The slogan of Sensor to Image, a company based in Schongau, a small town in southern Germany, is "intelligent components for intelligent solutions" and it offers products that can be adapted to the customised needs of each of its customers quickly and profitably. Its apps, such as FPGA cores, are used in more than 10,000 products every year. The company also specialises in industrial vision technologies, such as imaging products and embedded systems.

The combination of the strengths of these two leaders in the field of software and standard imaging equipment will enable Euresys to increase its technological assets and its development capacities and allow each of the companies' customers to continue to benefit from the very best of the services they have enjoyed up until now.
